Individual Sessions

An initial 30-45 minute one to one meeting which can include discussions, asking and answering questions and teaching interactions based on a gentle use of hands.

We will then design a program specifically for you and your needs. 

Group Workshops

Workshops are suitable for business teams, work groups, associations or just groups of friends and family. Depending on the nature and purpose of the group, these workshops are most effective with 4-12 individuals.

In my workshops you will experience a combination of receiving information and participating in interactive exercises. You will not just learn to understand the principles of managing yourself, but you will also learn how to use them and start to incorporate them into your behavior.

Examples of previous workshops:

  • Confidence: how to look and be confident even when you are not feeling that way.
  • Is ‘good posture’ really a good idea?
  • Sitting at your desk: pain and tension free!
  • Stress management and burn-out prevention with the Alexander Technique.
  • Introduction to the ITM Alexander Technique.

Or we can work together to custom design a workshop to fit your specific needs and circumstances.


Although we may use or incorporate principles and tools I learned in my studies of Psychology, it is important to emphasize, that the work we do together is strictly educational and not a substitute of therapy of any kind, nor it is intended as any kind of pain management.

If we decide that your issues will be better served by some other approach, I will refer you to a colleague.
